After years of looking , a few weeks ago I walked into a specialty kitchen shop and finally found it. A bonus was finding the G reen Serrabanero sitting next to it.
Over the last 3 weeks I’ve put it on everything. It’ s as good as everyone says . Hotter than I expected because so many people put it at the top of their list. Rich with more than a hint of smoke ( but not too much) .
The green? Not as hot and ( as you can see from the fill-level) not as good either . But that’s just me.

I think me not liking the green as much may just come down to me not liking green sauces in general as much. Good enough though. I’ll still consume it.

Everyone raves about it. Hot Ones™ had it in their line up last season too.

If serious, will this hurt or hinder me moving forward on Oppo?

Wish I could find it in Aus.

Worth keeping an eye out for it.
It was available for us on Amazon.com last year but the final bill including currency conversion and shipping came to more than $ 20. I have my limits.
Just looked now and there are no longer sellers willing to ship to us at all. May or may not be the same for you. If there are, it might cost you 50 AUD. :-(x

Oddly enough, I just bought a bottle of that and a bottle of The Pepper Plant hot sauce last week from Amazon. I have to say, I hate both of them. They just aren’t good to me. It’s all smoke and heat to me. I want a rather mild sauce with a Slight kick and can’t seem to find it.

I mentioned it’s hotter than I expected but T BH, initially I found it a little too hot for my liking also. A day later my taste buds became accustomed to it.
You could try u sing more of it and more often. :-)x

I generally like the secret on pork a lot. This discussion is getting me all hot for http://www.fieryfoodsshow.com/
Basically the fiery food show is ved s of is at the end of the month and I have maybe missed one in the past 20 years. Highly recommend going! If you can go on Friday because of a smaller crowd.

I love this stuff (and it’s local to me so I always recommend it to people)...but I haven’t eaten any in ages (my acid reflux has been unbearable lately so been laying low on the spice). Whenever I try it now it does feel a lot hotter than I remember it being.
Bland food for the rest of my life I guess :/ jk but kind of.
Enjoy it, it truly is excellent if you can handle the level of the heat, which really isn’t that much. Such great flavor.

OMG, t hat’ll last a while! I like the cap on the small container too . Allows for adding a few drops or squeeze the container for a full- on squi rt.

The only green sauces I like.

What do you mean by a slight kick? Most of the mild sauces like Tabasco deliver more vinegary tartness than heat. Sriracha is the closest to being rather mild with a slight kick. You might try Queen Majesty’s Jala peno Tequila & Lime or Habanero & Black Coffee. The Habanero & Black Coffee might be a little closer to hot than a slight kick, while the Jalapeno Tequila & Lime is mild, though it may be a little more citrus than you’re looking for.

Yeah, it’s kind of hard to explain what I’m looking for. I don’t really want much heat, just flavor with a tiny bit of burn. That Jalapeno Tequila and Lime sounds right up my alley, actually.
I'm gonna give the Aardvark another shot. I tried it straight from the bottle, I want to try it on something and see how I like it.

I think Cholula will appeal to your tastes. I am in the same boat as you, I like the peppery taste thats not going to make me sweat while consuming it. There’s a variety of flavors of Cholula as well. The OG is great, and I like the Chili Garlic one too.
